Photo radar is an absolute cash grab. It’s easy to miss signs warning of the speed radar trap. Some drivers may be unaware and get ticketed several times without realizing it. They don’t slow down until they start getting tickets in the mail.

If the city were serious about slowing drivers down, it would have flashing orange lights signalling the camera zone. I guarantee you everyone would do the speed limit, but the city would get no revenue.

ALL KIDS SHOULD BE VACCINATED

Time to start ensuring all children are vaccinated, and those wearing tin-foil hats and who think they are injecting some special formula into their kids, should be held accountable should something happen to them because of a lack of immunization.

Speaking from experience, as I am a polio survivor, I know what both I and my parents went through, while I was paralyzed from my neck down.

With the resurgence of measles, a greater effort is required for the safety of everyone, not just those who are doing their part by getting vaccinated.

HAPPINESS LOSES

Violence wins. Happiness loses.

Well, there goes the happy public St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Cancelled. Again. Due to a lack of police resources.

Obviously it is not violent enough and so does not qualify for police resources, which are stretched thin catering to all those demonstrating their lack of tolerance and inclusion.

It is way beyond due for society in Ottawa to demand the positive be celebrated and the negative be punished to the fullest extent of whatever laws we still have.

I would like to suggest that the federal government jail antisemites who are running amok on our streets, by using the Emergencies Act. The act was used for a much less dangerous reason on the convoy protest.
