With the Royal Rumble ready to begin, official details about 2K’s newest wrestling video game have been revealed. In addition to lots of exciting information about the showcase mode as well as returning and new match types, the news also reveals some of the official WWE 2K24 roster list along with DLC. Here you will find the confirmed DLC and members of the roster, along with possible leaks and our predictions for who else could make up the gallery of more than 200 wrestlers.
Wrestling fans can pre-order WWE 2K24 right now. It is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, but there still remains a last-gen edition for PS4 and Xbox One. The release date has been confirmed with early access, and what’s especially great is the confirmed returning and new match types that include special guest referee, casket match, gauntlet, and ambulance match.
Of course, as is always the case, the roster list will be bigger than ever. 2K has confirmed some of the first modern-day superstars and legends available from day one, and they have also revealed some of the DLC.

As you can see from the above list, most predictions are talent from NXT who didn’t make the cut in WWE 2K23. Bad Bunny should be in the base game rather than DLC like in WWE 2K23, and there should be superstars who returned such as Nia Jax. In regard to the full roster, it should include the vast majority of wrestlers part of the main roster and NXT throughout the majority of 2023.

- Rey Mysterio WrestleMania 22 alternate attire (buy Forty Years of WrestleMania edition)

In addition to all of the above, 2K has confirmed that the Season Pass will once again embed five post-launch DLC packs. It’s presumed that these packs will each include five additional wrestlers as per series’ tradition.

Obviously, everyone wants CM Punk to be in WWE 2K24. His arrival in November makes it way too late for him to be part of the base roster, but he will surely be DLC same with fellow returning stars Carlito and Kairi Sane. Jade Cargill is interesting as she was officially signed to the WWE in September, but she is yet to make her debut meaning the folks at 2K have no idea what her entrance or music will look like.
There should be an ECW pack seeing as WrestleMania is taking place in the home of the extreme, Philadelphia. Terry Funk would be a great addition following his unfortunate passing in 2023, and we would love to see the Sandman and Sabu.

Obviously, not every name would be able to make the cut or DLC, but, out of the above list, some of the names we’d most like to see include the Iron Sheik, Finlay, The Great Khali, Bam Bam Bigelow, and Ricky Steamboat.
