The Talos Principle 2 Accolades Trailer Highlights Critical Acclaim

Devolver Digital has released a new trailer for The Talos Principle 2, available now for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. It highlights the praise from various critics for the first-person puzzle game, which is a follow-up to the equally acclaimed 2014 title. Check it out below.

The Talos Principle 2 takes place in the far-flung future, with players assuming control of 1K. After meeting a mysterious entity, they embark with others to the megastructure, which has lain dormant. You solve puzzles and explore gorgeous environments, but more questions arise regarding humanity, civilization and life.

With 12 regions to explore and more than 100 puzzles to complete, The Talos Principle 2 is about 20 to 30 hours long per the publisher. However, you don’t need to finish every single puzzle and can return to them later if you want to focus on the story. A free demo is live on Steam, offering a bit of the early parts before shifting to “roughly a halfway point.” Progress doesn’t transfer to the game, sadly.
