Spiders’ 2019 RPG GreedFall is what you would call a diamond in the rough- a game that certainly had its issues, but one that endeared itself massively to those who played it nonetheless. Naturally, then, when GreedFall 2: The Dying World was announced last year, the news was met with plenty of excitement. But with it having been well over a year since the game’s announcement, many are beginning to wonder when we’ll be hearing more news about the RPG.
Apparently, it’ll be pretty soon. Responding to that very question from a fan on Twitter, Spiders confirmed that it will be sharing an update on GreedFall 2 in “the first couple months of 2024”. What that will entail exactly remains to be seen- presumably a proper gameplay reveal, but could we expect a specific release date announcement as well, seeing as the game is officially scheduled for a 2024 release? Either way, it seems we won’t have to wait too long to find out.
Whenever it launches, GreedFall 2: The Dying World will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
