Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 256 is just around the corner and fans are eagerly waiting to see what the King of Curses has in store for them this week. The fights against Sukuna have been exciting for the vast majority of the raid, and even though there have been boring spells, with the events of last week’s chapter, fans are surely in for a treat this week.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Sukuna’s Best Feats, Ranked
These are the King Of Curses’ strongest feats in JJK.
JJK chapter 256 will most definitely throw a lot of light on Sukuna, who will most likely have the sorcerers on the back foot, especially after what happened towards the end of the previous chapter. Things are looking great for him at the moment, and, if anything, the sorcerers are in quite a pickle, and that is something that the author will most likely expand upon in the upcoming chapter.
Sukuna’s Reverse Cursed Technique
Sukuna Hit Two Black Flashes
Towards the end of JJK’s last chapter, fans got to see quite a few exciting developments, with one of them being Sukuna finally managing to hit a second black flash. Sukuna hit his first black flash against Maki. Expectedly, black flash makes the user feel in the zone. After that, they often bring out most of their powers, and that is exactly what happened with Sukuna as well. Immediately after hitting the first black flash, Sukuna was also able to hit a second one, and this time around, the recipient was Larue. Fans know that this second black flash is going to be very dangerous. This is simply down to the fact that the author pointed out Gojo regaining a significant portion of his powers after hitting a second black flash.
As fans know, when Gojo was fighting against Sukuna, he hit multiple black flashes. After that happened, Gojo regained his reverse cursed technique, and with that, he could also replenish his burnt-out cursed technique, and essentially, win the battle against him. Thankfully for Sukuna, Gojo did not know that the World Splitting Dismantle was coming his way and that is how he ended up losing. Otherwise, his reverse cursed technique returning to him was the game-changer and would have essentially guaranteed victory for him.
Similarly, in JJK chapter 256, Sukuna will most likely regain his reverse cursed techniques after hitting a second black flash. This would ensure that Sukuna heals fully in a matter of seconds, and, essentially, gets back to his very best. It must also be remembered that Sukuna learned how to replenish his burnt-out cursed technique from Gojo, and now, he too can utilize this power. Essentially, with that, Sukuna will be back at his very best. This might be deadly for the sorcerers who are up against him, and at this point, they are fighting a losing battle, unless something major ends up happening. With Sukuna returning to his full strength, there are most likely going to be casualties in the upcoming chapter, and fans should be prepared to see a few of the sorcerers fall, undoubtedly.
Miguel To Fall In Battle?
Miguel Vs Sukuna Will Continue
Miguel, who fans know to be extremely powerful, recently joined the battle against Gojo, however, he is not going to last long because he is at the center of attention right now. Fans know for a fact that Yuji and Maki cannot fall in the next chapter, since they just returned to battle. It would be absolutely ridiculous for them to be taken down in JJK chapter 256. Larue is already down, and that means Sukuna will likely showcase the regaining of his powers against either Miguel, or Choso. These are the only two individuals that are currently in the battle other than Yuji and Maki, and that means these two will most likely fall.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Why Yuji, Megumi, And Nobara Form The Worst Trio In Anime
Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara from JJK might just be the worst anime trio in recent years.
Choso is a character who has already suffered quite a lot at the hands of Sukuna. He is also likely the weakest of the bunch here, and as a result, it is he who will be in trouble. Choso could be at the receiving end of one of the strongest techniques from Sukuna. In that case, fans will most likely see him exit the battle right away in JJK chapter 256.
Along with Choso, Miguel is another character who will most likely fall in JJK chapter 256. Even though he showcased his incredible technique in the previous after and managed to land quite a few powerful blows on the King of Curses, he made it very clear from the get-go that he would only participate in battle against a weakened and battered Sukuna. If Sukuna regains his reverse cursed technique and heals back to his best, then, this will be a recipe for disaster for Miguel. Essentially, this would mean that Miguel would fall in battle, and Sukuna would most likely target him first, since he’s first in the firing line. With Miguel down, the rest of the focus in JK chapter 256 will most likely be on Yuji and Maki.
Yuji And Maki Team Up
Yuji And Maki Will Fight Sukuna Together
Both Yuji and Maki recently returned to battle in JJK chapter 255, and fans fully expect them to team up together moving forward. This is simply down to the fact that they have a similar power that Sukuna needs to be very wary of. This power is the ability to injure his soul. Maki wields the Split Soul Katana, and with this power, she can essentially harm Sukuna’s soul directly. Soul damage is incredibly difficult to heal from, as has been confirmed in the story on multiple occasions already. At the same time, Yuji also possesses the power to hurt Sukuna’s soul. This is one of the many reasons why the King of Curses is especially wary of him. If Maki and Yuji combine their strength, they can potentially weaken Sukuna’s soul and increase the chances of saving Megumi. Of course, this isn’t certain, and fans will most likely have to see how things go in the next chapter.
While Maki and Yuji had a great chance at victory up until now, with Sukuna hitting a second Black Flash, things are likely going to shift in the favor of the King of Curses. As such, it is possible that these two might be on the receiving end of some blows, however, they should not be expected to fall right now.
Still, while Yuji and Maki might survive JJK chapter 256, fans should not expect them to be at the center of attention. Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 256 looks to be all about Sukuna, and that is the path that the author will most likely take. Fans should prepare for that, and be ready for another incredible addition to the already interesting raid on Sukuna. With Yuji and Maki returning to battle, fans can rest assured that the intensity will rise greatly now and, from here onwards, everything that the fans will see will be on an entirely different level. These are exciting times for JJK fans, and, hopefully, the author delivers upon the expectations.
Jujutsu Kaisen is available to read via Viz Media. The series can be read by the fans officially and for free on the Shonen Jump and the Manga Plus app. The release date for the next chapter of JJK, Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 256, is set to be April 7, 2024.
