In the world of Jujutsu Kaisen, there are some families that are more important than others, and have maintained supremacy over the affairs of the Jujutsu world, especially in Japan. Fans have seen quite a lot of powerful families in this series, with three known to be particularly strong. These are the Gojo Clan, the Kamo Clan, and the Zenin Clan.

Over the years, fans have seen quite a lot of powerful individuals emerge from these families, who have all gone on to make a great name for themselves in one way or another, and showcased tremendous strength.

8 Naoya Zenin

• Family: Zenin
• Grade: Special Grade 1

Naoya Zenin was once believed to be the next head of the Zenin Family after his father passed away. He was quite a powerful Special Grade 1 sorcerer, and the fact that he was the leader of the Hei, which was a strong unit of the Zenin family, just goes to show his strength.

In combat, he could hold his own against the likes of Choso, and that is a good depiction of his strength. Naoya was certainly powerful, and when it comes to the Big Three Families, he was certainly among the most noteworthy individuals.

7 Noritoshi Kamo

• Family: Kamo
• Grade: Semi-Grade 1

Noritoshi Kamo is a student from Kyoto High who fans know to be quite skilled. Having ties to the Kamo Clan, he is blessed with the power of Blood Manipulation. This is an incredible cursed technique that he utilized in the most special ways.

He is an excellent fighter, and although he carries the name of a tainted individual who once destroyed the legacy of the Kamo Clan, he is still a powerful sorcerer with quite a lot to offer.

6 Naobito Zenin

• Family: Zenin Family
• Grade: Special Grade 1

Naobito Zenin was the former head of the Zenin Family and a very skilled individual. Fans saw him fighting in the Shibuya Incident arc, where he joined forces with the likes of Nanami, Maki, and Megumi to take on Dagon.

Naobito certainly held quite a lot of impressive power, however, he was still not among the strongest individuals in the series. As a member of the Big Three Families, however, he was up there with the best.

5 Megumi Fushiguro

• Family: Zenin
• Grade: Grade 2

Megumi Fushiguro is a very skilled sorcerer in the JJK world, and much of that is down to his Inherited Technique, the 10 Shadows Technique. Fans know this technique to be one of the most powerful ones to exist. Megumi can control this technique very well, and his Shikigami have only grown stronger over the years.

Although he does not have control over Mahoraga, he can, at the very least, summon the beast to get rid of his enemies along with himself. He also possesses a Domain Expansion, however, it remains incomplete as of now.

4 Kenjaku

• Family: Kamo (Through Noritoshi)
• Grade: Unknown

While Kenjaku isn’t technically a member of the Big Three Families, he did take over the body of one individual from the Kamo clan, named Noritoshi Kamo.

He committed all sorts of heinous activities as Noritoshi, and not only did he drag his name to the dirt, but also that of the Kamo clan. This essentially means that Kenjaku was a part of this family, and friends already know that he is immensely powerful.

3 Toji Fushiguro

Toji Fushiguro was a member of the Zenin Family who was born with no cursed energy. He was able to escape the curse, and this is what made him special. While the Zenin Family isn’t particularly fond of Toji, he is an excellent fighter.

In fact, he is one of the very best fighters in the story, and at one point, he was even able to kill Gojo, despite being past his prime days.

2 Maki

• Family: Zenin
• Grade: Grade 4

Maki Zenin is another member of the Zenin Family who is known to be a very powerful individual. Although she was born with little cursed energy, when her twin sister, Mai, sacrificed herself, she took the remaining cursed energy that she had with her and left behind the Split Soul Katana.

Maki was fully realized when this happened, and her strength was said to be equal to that of the demon, Toji Fushiguro, which she might have surpassed now. Maki is an incredibly powerful individual, and given the fact that she single-handedly killed the entirety of the Zenin clan is proof of that fact.

1 Gojo Satoru

• Family: Gojo
• Grade: Special Grade

By far, the strongest character in all Three Great Families in JJK is none other than Gojo Satoru. He was born with the power of the Limitless cursed technique as well as the Six Eyes. For the first time in 400 years, an individual from the Gojo land possessed both of these powers. Gojo was tremendously skilled from his birth, and ever since then, the balance of the world shifted.

In the subsequent years, he raised himself to an unbelievable level. Gojo ended up becoming the strongest sorcerer of the modern era, and his strength was actually comparable to that of even Sukuna. He remains the strongest character to have ever emerged out of the Big Three Families.
