We expect the South Park Snow Day release date to take place in early 2024. Though this has yet to be confirmed by the developer or the publisher, all signs point to the multiplayer co-op project being launched at some point in the first half of next year, barring any unforeseen setbacks. South Park Snow Day gameplay

Unlike the series’ first two entries in 2014’s The Stick of Truth and 2017’s The Fractured but Whole, South Park Snow Day’s gameplay will heavily emphasize a cooperative multiplayer experience. Based on the recent trailer provided by the developer, the story revolves around the New Kid – that’s you – as you and three other characters traverse the snow-stricken lands of South Park. You can either play solo with three other random players or call on three friends to complete your squad instead.

You’ll have access to a variety of melee and ranged weapons, which you can upgrade as you progress through each section of the game. You can also make use of different abilities and spells that will help you take down destructive hordes and bosses much more effortlessly. Naturally, you’ll be able to do all this while the potty-mouthed dialogue of Cartman and the gang serenades your team.

As of writing, THQ Nordic has only released two trailers for South Park Snow Day. The first was the game reveal trailer, shown during the publisher’s August 2023 showcase mentioned above.

The official and most recent clip, South Park Snow Day’s gameplay trailer, was released in November 2023. It featured several scenes of the various areas you can venture through, along with the explosive spells, destructive weapons, and hilarious dialogue you’ll be able to see and hear as you play through the story.
