Pokemon GO developers are debuting Shiny variants of differently styled Oricorio during the Carnival of Love 2024 event. Event participants get access to multiple in-game content like Research quests, PokeStop Showcases, bonuses, Collection Challenge, and more. Regarding the Carnival of Love Field Research, completing the tasks rewards featured monster encounters.




Pokemon GO players can participate in the Carnival of Love event from Tuesday, February 13, at 10 AM till Thursday, February 15, at 8 PM Local Time. The event offers 2 Research quests, a Field Research and a Timed Research quest. The Field Research quest comprises multiple tasks that reward a specific featured Pokemon encounter upon completion of each. While it is not guaranteed, completing the tasks may reward players with a Shiny Pokemon instead of the Standard variant. The Carnival of Love 2024 event offers players a Field Research quest with numerous tasks. There are a total of 6 tasks with multiple possible rewards upon completion. These Field Research tasks involve catching numerous Pokemon, making multiple Great Curveball Throws, earning Pokemon GO Candy with the Buddy Pokemon, and more. Completing these tasks might reward players with a Shiny Spinda with a heart pattern and Shiny variants of other featured monsters.
