Microsoft Flight Simulator Getting Unique Piaggio Avanti EVO; Jacksonville Airport Available Now

Third-party developers shared news about upcoming Microsoft Flight Simulator add-ons, and a couple of interesting airports have been released.

We start with FlightFX which provided new renders of its upcoming Piaggio P.180 Avanti II announced back in March, and in addition to that, the developer also announced that it will release the powerful Piaggio P.180 Avanti EVO.

You can check out the images below.

On top of that, FlightFX also teased a new project code named “APX.” The model of the aircraft has not been revealed, but a few images of details have been showcased and you can find them below, to help you guess.

You can find out more about the projects and chat about your guesses at the developer’s Discord server.

Moving on to releases, Fly2High launched Jacksonville International Airport (KJAX) in Florida, United States. You can find it on iniBuilds’ store for $17.78.

It comes with the following features:

  •  Accurate simulation of the nearest Jacksonville International Airport
  •  Hand-made ground textures (Runways, aprons, paths, roads)
  •  Accurately modelled and positioned dynamic airport lighting
  •  Highly detailed models of all airport buildings, objects and surroundings
  •  Good optimization of FPS

You can also check out the trailer below.

Another airport, but much smaller, was released by debuting developer Riviera Scene. It’s Sedan Douzy Airport (LFSJ) in France.

This one is available exclusively on the official marketplace (at least for now) for $14.99 and see what it looks like below.

As usual, I leave you with the mention that here on TechRaptor we publish daily Microsoft Flight Simulator news as your handy guide to navigating the absolutely sprawling add-on scene for the complex and enjoyable sim.
