Forza Motorsport is a long-running series with a lot of traditions and mechanics, and in the eighth entry into the series, Turn 10 has decided to do a sort of reboot for the series — dropping the number for this entry and changing a few things. There are numerous improvements and changes to the game’s formula, but one of the most important is the Car Leveling system. The Car Leveling system essentially turns Forza Motorsport into an RPG where you level up your car as you use it and unlock new ways to upgrade it as you go. This system has a lot of benefits for progression, but it can lead to you locking yourself out of upgrades for a while until you level your car up. How to level up your car quickly in Forza Motorsport
Leveling your car in Forza Motorsport happens naturally as you use your car, and doing it quickly directly correlates to how well you can drive your car. For example, hitting higher scores on segments of tracks will net you better rewards, and overtaking cars gets you some XP, too. But there are a couple tricks to know to try and maximize the car XP that you will receive during races.

The first trick to level up your car quickly I want to recommend is to start yourself as far down the grid as you can go. This means you have a lot more cars to overtake, which means you will get a lot more XP, even if you might have to start the race with some bad segments to pass as many as you need.
The second is to actually complete Practices, as doing these will earn you XP as well as let you get to know each track and how your car performs on them. This means that when it comes to the races, you will be able to level your car quicker by knowing how to take corners for that extra XP for getting a high score on a segment.
