How To Get Cleansing Acid in Diablo 4 Season 2

There are tons of new and exciting features in Diablo 4 Season of Blood. One of them is an item called Cleansing Acid. If you’re looking to get rid of Pacts from your gear, this is the item to use. But how exactly can you get Cleansing Acid in Diablo 4 Season 2? I’ll explain everything below.

Diablo 4: Where to get and farm Cleansing Acid

There are four types of Cleansing Acids. Three that specialize in getting rid of specific Pacts (Ferocity, Divinity, and Eternity), and one that’ll remove them all. How you can get your hands on Cleansing Acid in Diablo 4 Season 2 is by opening Seeker’s Caches or crafting them through an Alchemist.

I find that the easiest way to come by Cleansing Acid is simply to farm them during Blood Harvests. These are new events in Diablo 4 Season 2 where you take on hordes of enemies and earn rewards. They last 60 minutes, so you have plenty of time to do some farming.

You’ll often find Cleansing Acid in Seeker’s Caches, which are scattered over the Blood Harvest area. To open Seeker’s Caches, find Seeker Keys by defeating Blood Seeker type enemies. You’ll find these types of enemies at Sanguine Alters around the area. If you give them 15 Blood Lures (new item drops during Blood Harvests), they’ll activate and summon Blood Seekers.

How to farm Cleansing Acid

It’s a lot easier than you think to farm Cleansing Acid. All you have to do is farm Seeker Keys, which is done by standing near alters and waiting for other players to activate them. If you do it once, you cannot activate it again for the time being.

All I had to do was wait by the area, and I noticed some players online activate them and summon even more Blood Seekers. Soon, you’ll earn plenty of Cleansing Acid to get rid of some unwanted Pacts!

How to craft Cleansing Acid

Head to any Alchemist, and you’ll notice that they can now craft Pacts and Cleansing Acids. Look under their ‘Refine Resources’ tab, and you can change certain resources into Cleansing Acids.

‘Cleansing Acid – All’ requires 100 Potent Blood. Blood Seekers also drop Potent Blood! But if you wanted specialized Cleansing Acids, you’ll need one ‘Cleansing Acid – All’, and one other resource, it’s different for every type.
