To unlock the Bioluminescent weapon skin in MW3, players must unlock the Arachnida Camo for 51 MW2 weapons. However, to unlock the Arachnida skin, players must complete a web of challenges, including:

Complete Zombies Base Camos for 51 MW2 weapons
Use the same weapons to complete the Golden Ivory Camo challenges
Unlock the Spinel Husk Camo for all 51 weapons
Equip the weapons with the Spinal Husk skin and kill Elite or Special Zombies
Equip the Arachnida Camo and complete all 51 of its weapon challenges

Since the Bioluminescent Camo is the final mastery camo, players have to complete all other weapon camo challenges to unlock it. This starts with completing base Zombies Base Camos for 51 MW2 weapons. This will unlock the Golden Ivory weapon skin, and players must complete its challenges to gain access to Spinel Husk Completionist Camo challenges. These challenges task players with getting 300 kills in the Zombies mode using a Pack-A-Punch weapon.

After completing the Spinel Husk Completionist Camo challenges, players will get the Spinel Husk skin. They should equip this skin to all 51 MW2 weapons and kill Special or Elite Zombies to get the Arachnida Camo. Now, only one step remains: equip weapons with the Arachnida Camo and complete 51 weapon challenges.
