FromSoftware has been quite busy over the last couple of years – as is usually the case with the Japanese studio – having delivered two widely acclaimed games in Elden Ring and Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon, and as you would expect, the developer has plenty more currently in the pipeline as well, for which it also seems to be kicking off a recruitment drive.

As spotted by IGN Japan, FromSoftware is set to host webinars in December that will be geared towards recruiting in a number of key roles across several disciplines that will be working on several upcoming games.

“Join us for the next chapter,” FromSoftware says, adding that it is “looking for a development staff to play a central role in several new projects.”

Currently, the only project that the studio is officially confirmed to be working on is a large-scale expansion for Elden Ring, titled Shadow of the Erdtree, which doesn’t yet have a firm release date, but is set to launch sometime after the end of the current fiscal year.

Meanwhile, past leaks have also claimed that the studio is working with Sony on a new IP that will be exclusive to PS5, which will allegedly be more similar to Dark Souls than the likes of Sekiro or Elden Ring.
