Valorant Episode 8 Act 2 began a few weeks ago, and it didn’t really introduce anything majorly new to the game. Fortunately, we are set to get Agent 25 soon, and we know lots about them thanks to leaks revealing their name and other important details. Here you will find the expected Valorant Agent 25 Clove release date with leaked abilities and everything else we know about the upcoming playable character.
In addition to a new playable character, a unique map has also leaked. This map is reportedly called Bastion, and we don’t know too much about it other than a promotional graphic showing a stylized urban environment. While details about the new map are limited right now, we fortunately know almost everything important about Agent 25.
Riot Games will officially pull the curtain aside on Valorant Agent 25 in just a few days, and the expected release date for the character leaked as Clove is imminent, too.
Valorant Agent 25 Clove release date
There is no official launch day for the new playable character yet, but the expected release date for Valorant Agent 25, Clove, is March 26th or 27th. This comes courtesy of Siege who estimates that she will be delivered in a new update next week on either Tuesday or Wednesday as they are the weekdays updates typically land on.
While there is no official release date, we do know that they will be revealed on March 24th. The reveal is happening at the Madrid Masters tournament, and you can check out the schedule for the remaining final days of the competition.
Who is Valorant Agent 25?
Valorant Agent 25 is leaked as Clove. She is reportedly from Edinburgh, Scotland, and ValorLeaks has shared her official design:
In addition to knowing her name, gender, and design, there are also messages from Deadlock saying ‘Clove is smart, has a good intuition and is guaranteed to be fearless’.
Alongside this message from Deadlock, there is also a voice message from Fade which says ‘I see someone I’ve never seen before… Bright lights darting around a dim room… Silenced gunfire and hundreds of butterflies’. The description of butterflies is key as these can be seen on the leaked playercard.
Valorant Clove abilities
The leaked abilities for Valorant Agent 25, Clove, can be found below:
- Pick Me Up (C)
- Meddle (Q)
- Ruse (E)
These again come courtesy of the reliable ValorLeaks on Twitter. Unfortunately, there is no elaboration other than the name of her abilities.
Fortunately, we do know that she belongs to the Controller class, and we also know that she has a self-revive ability. This comes courtesy of a voice line from Phoenix saying, “Aye fam, imagine when me and the new kid go on the same mission, other team gonna be stressin’, with both of us coming back to life”. This leaked ability has fans ready to main them ASAP.
As for Ruse, it should be a deception skill similar to smoke for other controllers. While they are mysteries right now, the good news is that we only have to wait a few more days for Riot Games to officially unveil Clove.
