The sequel to Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights already has an early access release date, and it’s fast approaching.
In recent days, during the Nintendo Direct event, publisher Binary Haze Interactive and independent game studios Adglobe and Live Wire surprised fans with a dedicated trailer unveiling Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist, the highly anticipated sequel to the acclaimed 2D dark fantasy Metroidvania, Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights.
Today, exactly 4 days after the game’s reveal trailer, developers and publishers announced that Ender Magnolia will make its debut in early access on Steam on March 26, 2024. This announcement took many by surprise, ourselves included, as we hadn’t anticipated its arrival so soon, especially following the recent Nintendo Direct showcase.
Furthermore, as indicated on the game’s official website, Binary Haze Interactive has also disclosed that following the early access period, the game will be released on PC (via Steam), Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Xbox (likely for both Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One), with the specific release date yet to be announced.
With the reveal of the early access release date, a brand-new announcement trailer for Ender Magnolia was also unveiled, providing a closer look at some of the key mechanics of Adglobe and Live Wire’s latest project. Additionally, it showcases previously unseen cutscenes and gameplay sequences, highlighting the dark beauty of the Land of Fumes.
