Destroy All Humans Goes to the Arcade in Mr.Welder’s Pinball Defence – Gamezebo

Anyone fancy a game of pinball? This one’s a little different from the version you may have played on Windows back in the day – or the physical versions you can find in arcades. Mr.Welder’s Pinball Defence takes the best bits of pinball and tower defense games, whilst sprinkling in the theme of… aliens?

For more information about Mr.Welder’s Pinball Defence, you can visit the game’s official Steam page and add it to your wishlist! There’s no official release date as of right now, but there’s a neat trailer to watch to get you hyped.

Is That a UFO?

This wasn’t exactly a crossover that I expected to see this year, but I quite like it. I’m a big fan of games that take a strange concept and actually make it into something fun – and this one certainly takes the biscuit (in a good way)!

Mr. Welder enjoys playing pinball during his off-time, but he also has farming responsibilities to take care of. Oh, and there’s also the thing about the alien invasion. Instead of panicking at the sight of these extraterrestrial beings, Welder decided to construct giant defense structures throughout his farm to fend off the UFO dwellers.

Destroy All Aliens (With Pinball)

Your task is to destroy the aliens by using pinball mechanics in a tower defense setting. I know it sounds crazy but stick with me here. Your end goal is to obliterate the mothership, but you’re gonna have to get through the green guys with bug eyes first. The pinballs are used to set off powerful traps or you can aim down an alien to hit them right where it hurts.

While you’re trying to defend Earth from the otherwordly invaders, you’re also helping Welder protect his farm – it’s a win-win situation. As you progress through the levels, you’ll find yourself in a variety of areas. Each structure that’s been built features its very own unique ability to wield against the aliens. This becomes quite useful when you get to the more difficult stages of the game… those aliens can pack quite the punch.
