While not the fanciest of them all, Kiss the Rat is one of the mini-games you get to play in Kieferberg, the village in Little Goody Two Shoes. While not exactly an activity or a chore per se – it is a game you play with the children in the village -, playing Kiss the Rat will help you from being regarded as a witch. Yes, people at Kieferberg tend to escalate things quickly, so getting to play with the kids will allow you to dissipate any suspicion. So, the game is a game of tennis meets hot potato, and whether you lose or not depends on your reaction.
You start serving the toy rat and, after doing so, you will see the rat glowing in a certain color. Once the other kids shoot the rat back at you, you will have to click the correct button that corresponds to the color of the incoming rat, which can be blue or yellow. The kids will never fail to return your serve or any hit you land, so ranking high on the scoreboard or getting the most amount of points possible will depend entirely on how fast you can hit the ball with the appropriate input. And believe me, the ball gets really fast as soon as the timer begins to get close to zero.

Hit it too early, too late, or hit it with another input and you will kiss the toy rat. It’s a smelly toy so it is not far from kissing the actual thing. Practice your hits and be sure to score as many points as you can!
