How to Get Power Armor From Lunchboxes

You will reveal five cards when opening lunchboxes in Fallout Shelter. You can get Power Armor from the second and fifth cards from these five cards. The second card of a Lunchbox has a 1.7% chance of providing legendary armor, and the fifth card has an 8.2% chance of being legendary armor. However, there are other legendary armor in the game besides Power Armor, so you may not get one even if you hit these chances.

Many Fallout Shelter questlines can be completed to earn Power Armor. By looking at the quest card’s rewards, you can tell if it will hand out Power Armor upon completion.
