How To Get Moss In Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora
There are multiple kinds of Moss throughout Pandora, like Bruise Moss, Creeping Moss, Sky Rock Moss, and Blue Cloud Moss. To find a Moss in Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora, players can open their Hunter’s Guide, head to the Material tab, and scroll down to the Moss section. Open the entry, and there will be a compilation of every type of Moss players have ever collected. The information includes location, available stats, and the condition required for the material to be at its best quality.
Here, Na’vi can also use the Pin function so that the item will show up in a different color upon using the Na’vi Senses.
If they haven’t gotten one yet, then the earliest Moss people can find is the Bruise Moss. According to the Hunter’s Guide, this material can be found in the following locations:
- Most commonly found on rocks in water throughout the Kinglor Forest.
- Rarer Bruise Moss is often found on rocks in the waters of the Dyer’s Bowl in the Spinner’s Circle domain of the Kinglor Forest.
Dyer’s Bowl is located southeast of the Resistance Headquarters, so players can easily find Superior and Exquisite Moss in the early game. The Superior version of the Bruise Moss grants 26 to 30 Health, while the Exquisite bestows 36 to 40 Health.
The condition required for the top-quality Bruise Moss is that it must be raining. Therefore, players must either wait for the rain to come, try to pass time by a campfire, or take the Moss without maximum stat potential.
After finding the land or rock near water that hosts the Bruise Moss, players can use their Na’vi Senses and choose Inspect to see the material’s rarity. This way, they don’t have to take the item to check whether it’s the top quality or not.
