Microsoft Flight Simulator Hurricane & Malaga Airport Get New Screenshots, Ramon Airport Released

Third-party developers have released news about upcoming add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator, including aircraft and airports.

We start with another look at Aeroplane Heaven’s Hawker Hurricane Mk I in its Tropical version with the iconic Vokes air filter. Interestingly, we get to see some British and even a French livery.

On to airports, MK Studios revealed the first screenshots of Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport (LEMG). We also get to see how they used LiDAR technology to capture precise measurements to create the infrastructure of the airport.

If I have correctly learned to interpret the developer’s modus operandi, the “8” in the message means that the scenery is only eight days away from release.

We also get a very small tease of NetDesign’s Houari Boumediene Airport (DAAG) serving Algiers, the capital of Algeria. The video is not long, but it lets us gauge the progress made on this major North African airport.

Last, but not least, we get a release, and it’s Ilan and Asaf Ramon International Airport in Israel (LLER) launched by FTXDes.

It’s currently available on Simmarket for $22.61. The airport also comes with its dedicated GSX Profile with separate walk-in arrival and departure gates.

You can see what it looks like in the gallery below.

As usual, please keep in mind that here on TechRaptor, we have daily Microsoft Flight Simulator news ready for your perusal, should you need help navigating the rich but complex third-party industry generated by the sim.
