LOYAL ONLY TO HIMSELF

There has been some media speculation that Justin Trudeau could be on the verge of dumping one of his most vocal supporters, Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, and no one should be surprised. Time and time again, Justin Trudeau has shown he has loyalty to no one but himself. Trudeau was responsible for Finance Minister Bill Morneau leaving. Trudeau got rid of the first Indigenous Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould when she refused to compromise the justice system for Trudeau. Trudeau’s actions also lost his best health minister, Dr. Jane Philpott.

Trudeau has turned his back on the Liberal Party of Canada. National polls and the recent byelection defeat in Fortress Toronto are showing the Liberals under Trudeau are heading for their worst federal election defeat in history.

Trudeau’s cravings for power and selfishness have no interest in Liberal renewal that would allow new and fresh Liberal candidates to step forward and unite Canadians under a new Liberal vision.

Trudeau plans to continue his life of luxury on the taxpayer’s dime to the very last possible day.

MR. FORD, YOU’VE LOST OUR VOTES

Premier Ford, my husband and I voted for you in the last two elections, but because of your blatant lack of respect for workers’ rights and the negotiation process, most particularly in regard to the current LCBO workers’ strike, you no longer have our votes. I personally was disgusted when you brought your comments and agenda to the public via the media for your own personal gain.

The focus needs to be on education and health care.

SLOPED ROOF TOO DANGEROUS?

So, U.S. Secret Service director Kimberly Cheatle said the reason there wasn’t an agent on the roof with a clear view of where Trump was standing is because of the sloped roof and she wouldn’t want to put somebody up on a sloped roof. Sloped roof. Geez. You’d think the slope was comparable to a church steeple.

Anyway, the slope wasn’t a big deal for 20-year-old nursing-home employee Thomas Matthew Crooks. He was able to fire off numerous rounds on that sloped roof and ding Trump’s ear.

Cheatle should seriously consider sending U.S. Secret Service agents to spend a day with roofers laying shingles on sloped roofs.
