2K confirms that several more wrestlers from the rising NXT roster will be playable in the WWE 2K24 roster at launch on March 8. WWE 2K24 players will be able to manage these new superstars in MyGM, create a new stable in MyFaction, and enjoy matches and storylines across various modes.
WWE 2K24 celebrates 40 years of WrestleMania, leading into this year’s wrestling spectacle in Philadelphia. Alongside the WrestleMania-themed Showcase mode, this year’s WWE 2K entry includes several returning modes from WWE 2K23, including MyRISE, MyGM, MyFaction, and Universe modes. These modes receive a number of quality-of-life improvements and brand-new content, including a returning classic wrestling promotion from the 1990s in MyGM. Regardless of the promotion chosen by players in MyGM, WWE 2K24 grants players access to a vast roster of superstars from NXT, RAW, and SmackDown to manage as they please.
WWE 2K24 Teases Match Type That’s Been Missing for 10 Years
WWE 2K24 gives players a look at one of the game’s returning special match types, one that hasn’t been featured in the series for nearly a decade.
On Twitter, 2K confirmed that NXT wrestlers Carmelo Hayes, Roxanne Perez, Trick Williams, Thea Hail, Cora Jade, Wolfgang, Fallon Henley, and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo will be playable in WWE 2K24. Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, Fallon Henley, Wolfgang, and Thea Hail are newcomers to the WWE 2K series, while Carmelo Hayes, Roxanne Perez, Trick Williams, and Cora Jade are returning superstars from WWE 2K23. Thus far, roughly 20 new superstars, including legends and main roster talent, have been confirmed for WWE 2K24. More reveals are coming soon, as WWE 2K24 is expected to have more than 200 playable wrestlers at launch.

WWE fans are excited about the new WWE 2K24 roster reveals on Twitter, since NXT is getting another opportunity to shine. Some fans are still eager and impatient to see some of their NXT favorites join the WWE 2K roster for the first time, with wrestlers such as Jaida Parker, Lash Legend, and Kiana James often being mentioned. At the very least, it’s clear that the NXT roster will be diverse in WWE 2K24 alongside the growing RAW and SmackDown rosters.
After the game’s launch, WWE 2K24’s star-studded roster will grow with five new DLC packs launching through 2024. Purchases of the WWE 2K24 40 Years of WrestleMania Edition will include the Season Pass, which grants day-one access to all five DLC packs as they’re released. In addition, WWE 2K24 pre-orders include the Nightmare Family Pack featuring Stardust, “Undashing” Cody Rhodes, Dusty Rhodes, and Superstar Billy Graham.
