Pocket Cars can be a big part of the Like a Dragon Gaiden experience, if you’ll let them. The game introduces them fairly early in the campaign, and you’ll find a few related activities during your time in Sotenbori. One woman is unsure whether the popular hobby is healthy for her child, and wants proof to ease her fears. To find and photograph the kids playing Pocket Circuit, you need to head to CourStar.
You can check your map to find the CourStar business if you like, but that’s not necessary. If you’re talking to the woman who wants the picture, just look to her right (your left). A short hallway leads to elevator-style doors. Enter the doors to arrive at your destination. I really have no idea why she couldn’t just go check for herself. That threw me off for a bit, so I wandered around Sotenbori for some time before realizing I was working harder than the mission requires.
Inside CourStar, you’ll find the kids gathered around a table. They are near the entrance. Boxes of Pocket Cars rest on the table, along with food and drinks. Bring up your camera and make sure to get the kids all in the picture. The ‘Take Photos‘ prompt will appear on-screen when they’re properly in frame. Then you can snap your photograph.

When you hand over the photograph, you put the mother’s fears to rest. This completes the Show Me Kids Playing “Pocket Circuit” mission. Your reward is 25,000 yen and 700 Akame Points. That’s a pretty generous payout for a mission you can complete so quickly.
