Ingredients Airfryer Wheat-Free Cauliflower Cake

– 2 cups fresh cauliflower

– 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) of water

– Salt to taste

– 1 clove(s) of garlic

– 1 teaspoon chopped onion

– 1/2 unit(s) of egg

– 4 tablespoons gluten-free oat flour

– 1 tablespoon(s) of corn flour

– 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/4 teaspoon(s) of chemical baking powder TO

– chopped parsley to taste

Ingredients for greasing/brushing:

– Oil to taste

Previous preparation:
  1. A recipe for 2 servings makes 10 balls of dough, measuring 1 tablespoon.
  2. Start by cooking the cauliflower (see Preparation).
  3. Reserve all other ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  4. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
  5. Wash and dry the parsley, chop it and reserve it on a paper towel.
  6. Grate the Parmesan cheese, if you didn't buy it already grated.
Product:

Cauliflower – Recipe:

  1. Wash the cauliflower and separate it into florets; discard thick stems.
  2. Place in a non-metallic saucepan, sprinkle with a little salt and mix with water to create steam.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave, and cook on high for about 5 to 7 minutes; test with a fork to see if it is cooked through.
  4. Continue with preparation (Item 2).

Wheat-Free Cauliflower Dumplings in Airfryer – Dough Preparation:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Place the cauliflower in the processor and blend until it forms small pieces the size of a grain of rice.
  3. Add the onion and garlic and mix.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and add the grated cheese, chopped parsley, oat flour, cornstarch and yeast.
  5. Mix until forming a homogeneous, consistent, but still moist dough.

Wheat-Free Cauliflower Cake in Airfryer – Design and Baking:

  1. 2 Take a portion of dough with a tablespoon and shape it into a ball of dough, like a quenelle.
  2. Lightly brush the surface of the cupcake with oil.
  3. Place in the air fryer basket and process with the remaining batter.
  4. Place the dough balls in the basket without overlapping them, leaving a small space between them for air to circulate; Depending on the number of dough balls and the size of the basket, bake them in stages.
  5. Place the basket on the shelf and plug in the appliance.
  6. Close the oven and bake at 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes – this time depends on the power of your appliances – or until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
  7. Once it reaches your desired doneness, remove from the fryer.
Finishing and Assembly:
  1. put Wheat-free cauliflower fritters made in the Airfryer. Distribute on a serving platter, or if you prefer, on plates with your main dish.
  2. You can serve these empanadas as a starter or as a snack.
