Sam Burgess and his wife Lucy Graham were literally glowing when they tied the knot in Rome. Italy on Sunday.
It was picture perfect when the former NRL star and his lady love tied the knot at Villa Aurelia, a 17th-century baroque property perched atop the walls of Rome.
Lucy prepared for her big day with microinjections to improve the appearance of her skin.
The minimally invasive procedure, which involves inserting fine, narrow needles into the skin, helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin texture and enlarged pores.
In May, the 33-year-old shared a photo of her glowing complexion after a cosmetic procedure.
“Since we returned to the UK 7 months ago, I have been going to see the ladies at Palm Tree Skin on a monthly basis,” she wrote at the time.
“I went to Victoria with a huge buildup of sun damage, hormones, and dull skin, but after following a personalized treatment plan, my skin feels better than it has in a long time.”

Lucy revealed her noticeably plump cheeks and tight look, which may be a result of other injections such as Botox and/or fillers.

Compared to 2022, when he and Lucy started dating, the former Rabbitohs star also looked slimmer in their wedding photos.
Lucy has also gotten back in tip-top shape ahead of her wedding and recently completed the Leeds Marathon in May.

She wore her frozen hair parted for the ceremony, with loose curls cascading over her shoulders.
Lucy wore a champagne-toned dress by designer Paula Nadal on Sunday that featured a structured bodice that fell to a floor-length skirt.
