Free up your diary for February 29th, as Bluepoch has announced the impending release of the award-winning Reverse: 1999s Version 1.4 update. The Prisoner in the Cave is an Ancient Greece-themed update with new recruits, gameplay modes, and plenty of rewards to gain.
Let’s start where we all like; the new firepower. Phase one brings us the Beyond the World of Matters banner, which increases the odds to draw the six-star arcanist named 37, a powerful Mental attacker who can increase their team’s ATK. Phase two comes with the Seeker in the Cave banner, which offers another six-star called 6, a mysterious character with little information at the moment.
After powering up your roster, it’s time to check out the three new gameplay modes. Mane’s Bulletin is a demanding boss rush, not much to expand on there, it’ll be tough. For the more cerebral players, The Three Doors will be the game’s first 3D puzzle to solve. Finally, you can find out more about the backstories of Charlie and Oliver Fog in Ancecdote.
If you are looking for something for nothing, Bluepoch has you covered. Version 1.4 will introduce two sign-in events with prizes such as 20 Unilogs and growth material. The Carnival Invitation will allow a choice of one free five-star character, and a limited portrait will be available through the Roaming in Geometry event. Finally, there are three new item codes to use; THEPRISONERINTHECAVE, 37APRIMENUMBER, and 6THEPERFECTNUMBER.
Finally, a library of new in-game activities. The time-limited summon event Abundance of the Water -The First Milestone will gift players up to seven free six-star characters, there will be new garments for the likes of Lilya, Diggers, Sweetheart, and La Source, and new FAME cards to collect. You will be able to assist Regulus in rebuilding her ship, and jazz up your profiles with Badges of Wonder, and the Wilderness Island Capacity will increase to 150, with four plan-saving slots.
Reverse: 1999 is available to download now from the App Store and Google Play.
