Uncharted Water Origin is making its seafaring a lot easier thanks to the addition of a quicker way to travel that costs a little but saves a lot. There are also new characters to recruit and an attendance event to start 2024 off with some smooth sailing.
Qi Jiguang is a Ming military man, doing what only a Ming military man can, marching menacingly to meet his match in a monstrous melee. In plainer terms, he specialises in combat with his skills, adventuring with a goal to build an army and write a training book to save his people from foreign invasions.
If you manage to complete his Memoirs, then you can complete the Qi Jiguang Chronicle without consuming Energy, as is customary. In turn, going through these will net you a host of items, perfect for the new S Grade Mate. There are five tickets for the mate, Qin Liangyu, Superior Mate EXP Potions, and Superior Mate Tickets.
Qin Liangyu fits perfectly with Qi Jigyang, with a variety of job effects that work well with melee combat, such as Increase Melee Critical Chance, and Amplify Melee Critical Chance. Put them both together, and no battlefield is safe. There are other new mates up for grabs; a second S Grade Ipbu, the A Grade Gwon Jun, and two B Grades in Na Daeyong and Yi Woonryong.
After you recruit your new heroes, it’s time to travel the world with speed and style thanks to the addition of the Suez Canal. This watery pathway connects the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, and the Indian Ocean. You can take this speedy shortcut by paying a fee based on the share status of ports.
To celebrate our ascension to 2024, all players can get a bevvy of rewards thanks to the New Year Special Attendance event, lasting until January 31st. Keep showing up and you can fill your coffers with Happy 2024, a limited Appellation, Diamon Astrolabe, Enhanced Zhen He Fleet, an A Grade Part, and the Event Part Dragon Board of the New Year.
