After a deleted scene from the 2008 film recently started making the rounds on social media again, Twilight fans are commenting on how 'creepy' the film is.
The scene in question involves Bella Swan (played by Kristen Stewart) and Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) when she goes home with him for the first time and is given a tour of his apartment.
The finale of the $393.6 million worldwide film featured a bedroom scene, but part of the conversation between vampire Edward and schoolgirl Bella was left out, and it's obvious why.
In a video that routinely dissects the Twilight franchise, Instagram user @corinnieeeee can be heard telling viewers: 'I think the second scariest Twilight deleted scene is the infamous chinchilla drop scene. Again, be warned it's pretty scary.
In an extended version of the scene, Bella inspects Edward's 'cool' bedroom and mentions random items including magazines and his music collection while picking up a shower stick.
The 2008 film Twilight starred Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan and Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen.
Instagram user @corinnieeeee posted the deleted scene on her profile and people are labeling it as 'raunchy'.
'I will prepare these. I had a chinchilla, and my mom and I have been making these things out of chinchilla scraps, like paper towel rolls,' Bella said before telling Edward, 'That might be different.'
Corinne then returns to the scene and tells her followers: 'The biggest thing I took away from that scene was always saying that or doing that and thinking it was good to put it in this movie?
'Because, once again, the particular detail about the chinchilla remains is not something Stephenie Meyer can blame, it's a Katherine Hardwick original, and it's not even in the book!' Mentions the author of the book and later the director of the film.
'So I want to know why. Yeah, I think it's a bit easier to watch than the finger-biting scene. It's really funny, but what's the face he makes after that? Why did you do that?!'
Corinne's followers were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: 'Wtf did you make me watch…. Whyyyyyyyy?????? So freak out,' said another: 'Wait, I've never seen this. You're right, it's beyond scary.'
A third commented: 'It's so scary, that's saying something seeing as the whole film is scary,' while a fourth joked: 'That's the best part of the scene.'
Referring to Robert's face, one joked: 'He's seriously rethinking his decision,' while another said: 'Looks like he's questioning every choice that led to the man taking this role.'
Another Instagram user pointed out: 'This is why editing is such an important part of the filmmaking process!!! Thanks to whoever skipped half of this scene.'
In a deleted scene Bella picks up a rain stick and tells Edward that she made them out of 'chinchilla scraps and paper towel rolls'.
The first Twilight film was a huge hit with fans and grossed $393.6 million worldwide.
Earlier this year, Kristen labeled Twilight a 'gay movie' during an interview with Variety as she looked back on her career.
The 34-year-old star revealed she recognizes the 'fantasy' currently in her Twilight franchise and revealed her distaste for filming Charlie's Angels.
'I can just see it now, I don't think it started out that way, but I think about the fact that I was there,'” said the star, who came out in 2017. 2008 Teen Vampire Romance. 'It's a gay film.'
As for the 2019 reboot of Elizabeth Banks' Charlie's Angels, Kristen didn't mince words, saying, 'I hated making that movie. I don't know what else to say'.
