The PC requirements for Ubisoft’s Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown have been revealed, showcasing some easily achievable 4K/60 FPS and Ultra quality settings. Those on current-gen consoles aren’t too far behind, as the side-scroller supports 4K/120 FPS on Xbox Series X and PS5 (with a compatible monitor).
It runs at 1440p/60 FPS on the Xbox Series S, while the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro deliver 4K/60 FPS. The PS4 and Xbox One run it at 1080p/60 FPS, which the Nintendo Switch also offers when docked. Nintendo’s platform provides a respectable 720p/60 FPS in handheld mode.
We’ll need to wait for the title to launch to see how its performance shakes out, but so far, it’s looking good, regardless of your platform of choice. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown arrives on January 18th for consoles and PC. It’s estimated to last about 25 hours and features multiple difficulty options. Ubisoft will release a free demo on January 11th for all platforms, so stay tuned for more details.
