Terrifier 3 The Clown & Sienna Connection Big Art Reveal Explained by Director

Warning: The following contains SPOILERS for Terrifier 3!Director Damien Leone talks about the great discovery in Creepy 3 that brings together Art the Clown and Sienna Shaw. The latest installment in the horror series is set five years after the events of the previous installment, and Sienna's desire to spend a quiet Christmas with her extended family turns into a bloody nightmare when Art and Vicky return. This is finally revealed in Creepy 3 that the reason Art keeps attacking Sienna is because she is an angel tasked with opposing the demonic nature of the killer clown.

In an interview with USA todayLeone explained it revealing the relationship between Art and Sienna is exactly what viewersI need to know“at this point in historyespecially “in the supernatural aspect.Leone also addressed criticism that Frightening “franchise”there is no plot“, encouraging viewers to be patient as new information is provided in each new episode. This gives you basically all the information you need to know about this series, certainly regarding the supernatural aspects. I still see people saying they don't know what's going on. It simply comes down to the fact that they need to know exactly who and why Art the Clown was a serial killer in the first place, and I think until they provide that information I will be continually hit with the message: “This movie has no plot.”

This isn't as random as it seems

One sec Creepy 3 seems to be about gore and how brutal Art the Clown can be, Leone's comment suggests that the film is part of the franchise's puzzle this leads to a big reveal about Art the Clown's deadly origins. The killings in the film are certainly intended to shock and test the audience's tolerance for creative violence. They also appear to be intentional and contain hidden clues that could help uncover the truth, considering they are part of Art's signature.

Leone's comment further confirms this Frightening will be a series of puzzleswhich involves a storytelling method that places different information at different points in the story, leading to a complete picture at the end of the series. Sienna's relationship with Art the Clown is also explained in a similar way at the end Creepy 3.

An art clown steals Sienna's show

Sienna Shaw as the main character may not be enough to carry the series, but Art the Clown has unlimited potential. Shifting attention from Sienna to Art Klaun, Frightening found a viable way to move forward. From Creepy 3′after the premiere, some fans expressed concerns about the future of the series, especially since Sienna did not have the atmosphere of a main star.
