She was accompanied by her professional dance partner Aljaz Skorjanek in a black and white checked trench coat.
She layered her autumnal coat over a simple white T-shirt, black trousers and tennis trainers.
Accessorizing, she kept it simple with black sunglasses and an over-the-shoulder duffel bag.
Their appearance comes after Aljaz revealed how he avoided the BBC show's infamous curse.
For more than 20 years, it has definitely sparked many off-screen romances between celebrities and their professional partners, with some leaving their partners to pursue these relationships.
But Aljaz, who is celebrating his tenth series on the show and is married to fellow Strictly star Janet Manrara, has a simple solution to how to juggle your personal life with the fierce competition.
“I've always found the best way to do it, definitely with someone who's in a family relationship, is to do it as a big unit, because there's a lot of time in rehearsals,” he said. Loose Women team up during a joint appearance with Tasha on Tuesday.
Aljaz has been married to former Strictly dancer It Takes Two presenter Janet for seven years, while Tasha is happily in love with her Love Island boyfriend Andrew Page, of whom Aljaz is a huge fan.

Tasha gushed about her beau Andrew: 'He loves Aljaz too. He is so proud and happy that I stopped telling him to do it every day. He is very proud and wants to see it.'
Aljaz definitely returned to the dance floor this year after a two-year absence, during which he spent 14 months with his and Janet's daughter Lyra.
'There are two years. It feels a bit surreal,' she admitted on Loose Women.
'A year ago in bed, I wouldn't have thought I'd be back, but I got the call.'
