A source said: “Craig has suggested that all the favorites will be there this year but that's not true. How can Chris be in two places at once?
Since all the shows on his comedy tour have collided since January 17, Chris can't attend.
Chris is currently firmly behind Love Island's Tasha Khouri at odds of 4/1, Miranda actress Sarah Hadland at 10/1 and EastEnders' Jamie Borthwick at 16/1.
A Ladbrokes spokesperson said: “Chris McCausland looks set to bolt from this year's competition after extending his lead at the front of a tight race.”
“As it stands, Tasha is her main rival, but the bettors only see one winner.”
The Strictly Live Tour originally launched in January 2009 with 2008 winner Tom Chambers lined up. All the winners have participated.

A spokesperson for the tour told The Mirror: “It has not yet been decided that the Strictly Live Tour will take place in 2025.”
