Janet continued: 'I fell straight in. I thought, 'How can I not keep my baby now? This is what I did and now I can't hug her. “It was very difficult.”
Appearing on Loose Women in December, Janet opened up about the journey of welcoming Lyra into the world and admitted she was “so happy” she didn't have to undergo IVF.
She said: 'I'm 39 and it's more complicated than you think. Don't think that will happen once you stop birth control.
'We are very grateful to not have to go through IVF. We have a book Sazarina, I don't know how I feel, so I took medicine in the morning, we danced, it was like a perfect birthday, she was born with the song we love.
