Starfield presents you with a bevy of methods – both legal and illegal – to get rich quickly in the game. Though the most lucrative ways of earning credits often involve handling prohibited or illicit goods, there are also several socially acceptable alternatives you can make use of to start stacking up cash in a flash.
Now, most fans know by now that one of the most popular methods to earn Starfield credits is by learning how to smuggle and sell contraband. But if you don’t want to go through the trouble of finding out how to get a shielded cargo hold, then one creative player has seemingly found an effortless method you can use that will surely see your character rolling in money in no time.
Based on the money-making clip shared through a Reddit post, the innovative, yet unconventional method in question requires you to use a paperweight and an empty box. Once you have both of these items, you can head to the Red Mile on Porrima III where you will then need to head over to your nearest credit stick-laden Poker or Blackjack table.
As soon as you find one, place the box down beside the table and hold the paperweight using your console’s interact button. Then, use the paperweight to drag all of the credit sticks into the empty box. Once you’ve cleared each table of its store of credit sticks, drag it over to an isolated spot and pick up every single one that you’ve collected. Since you technically aren’t taking these credits in front of their owners, you won’t get confronted with a mob of full of furious gamblers who have somehow lost all of their life-savings without playing a single hand.
If you want to see the player’s successful attempt at swindling every gambler within the Red Mile, you’ll be able to see it for yourself through the aforementioned Reddit thread.
