miHoYo Games’ Honkai: Star Rail is coming to PS5 next month, and the hype is palpable, at least based on the number of pre-registrations. Approximately 1,025,473 players have pre-registered to date, according to the official site.
While potentially winning a PlayStation 5 is probably appealing, other rewards are available. They include 10,000 Credits, five Adventure Logs, five Condensed Aether and a 4-star Light Cone, The Seriousness of Breakfast (for Erudition characters). All these benefits should be available to console players when they jump in at launch, making for a strong start. Of course, they’ll quickly disappear as you level characters, Light Cones, Relics and more, but it’s the thought that counts.
Honkai: Star Rail launches on October 11th for PS5. It’s available now on PC, iOS and Android – check out our review here. The next big update is Version 1.4, “Jolted Awake From a Winter Dream,” with a Special Program stream coming September 29th.
