First off, talk to Kim to get her account on what’s been plaguing her. To investigate this one, we have to camp out in Eric’s apartment next to hers on the second floor at 1 AM on weekdays and wait for it to be 2 AM. Enter tea vision at 2 AM and watch the spirit take her phone and walk away.

To save time on this mission, don’t confront the spirit. Follow them at a distance so you aren’t detected. You’ll find them at the tea fields on the phone.
The spirit is fascinated by the phone technology. They say they’ll stop bothering our ‘girlfriend’ if we get them something to watch moving pictures at our house.
Sleep until a reasonable hour, go to the general store, and buy a TV. Any kind of TV will do — the cheapest is the Retro TV at 2000 Moolags, but there are nicer and pricier ones available. Put it down somewhere in your house.
Once the TV is set down in your house, the spirit will still be there on the phone where you left it, even though it’s daytime. Talk to them and inform them you have a TV now to get the reveal of Fonuki.
Fonuki will agree to go to the bathhouse with that. If you ever see the TV on in your house, they’ll be there if you activate tea vision, watching TV. Well, they kept their word.
