According to the official announcement, the event will be held on March 16. As per usual, Trailblazers can look forward to three brand-new redemption codes which will net them 300 free Stellar Jades. Another reason why many fans are excited about this update is the fact that it will host Honkai: Star Rail‘s first-anniversary event, which should be packed with various rewards. Recent Honkai: Star Rail rumors have also been hinting that the game will make significant adjustments to Hanu’s mini-games. Hanu is a cartoon character in the game’s universe who allows players to attend interactive events and collect many different rewards. The new update will also include many quality-of-life changes, such as increasing the number of relics that can be stored from 1500 to 2000.
While there is a lot of hype around these new events and changes, it’s safe to say that Honkai: Star Rail players are most excited about the new character additions. As a Nihility character, Acheron’s kit will revolve around applying debuffs and a special flower-stacking system that provides various types of offensive effects.
On the other hand, Aventurine will be a Preservation character, meaning that she will be a defensive unit whose main job is to create shields for her teammates. While there is no official information about the characters’ release dates, according to multiple rumors, players can expect Acheron to appear in the first banner cycle, while Aventurine could be reserved for the second part of the update.
