Sony lists the ultimate 10 games you should play on PS5 first

Last year was great for fans of video games as well as Sony. Gamers were treated to a boatload of fantastic video game releases, meanwhile, Sony saw a huge increase in PS5 sales throughout the year. Lots of people will have gotten a brand new console from just Santa Claus alone, and Sony has listed the 10 games you should play on your new PS5 first. Not only are these games lots of fun, but they also showcase the power of the PlayStation 5 console through different means.

There is a lot for the PlayStation community to look forward to in 2024. The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered release date is just over the horizon, and there are rumors that a major Xbox exclusive could be coming to PS5 early this year. Not only that, but the next major PlayStation console exclusive is set to come out in February and its name is Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Part 2.

While the arrival of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Part 2 and other huge upcoming 2024 releases are exciting, Sony has provided a list of 10 games you should play first on your new PS5 console.

But, in what is omitted, the game you should truly play first is Astro’s Playroom automatically installed on your new PS5 console. Still to this day there isn’t a game that has come close to matching its excellent use of the DualSense controller’s haptic feedback.
