Princess Peach: Showtime has ten transformations for players to explore, and they will participate in two plays with their costume before finding its Sparkla and completing all of the costume’s stages. After defeating Disco Wing in 1F, gamers will unlock the second floor of Sparkle Theater as well as the second Swordfighter Peach play.
Princess Peach: Showtime – How to Beat Disco Wing
Here is how players can get past the first boss in Princess Peach: Showtime.
This guide will help players complete The Ghostly Castle level so they can move on to the last Swordfighter play and help the Swordfighter Sparkla.
While players will be able to find 10 Sparkle Gems in most Princess Peach: Showtime plays, The Ghostly Castle only has seven Sparkle Gems. Here is how fans can find them all:
Sparkle Gem 1
Once players reach the second area of the prison, they can retrieve the first Sparkle Gem by breaking the vase inside the prison cell; gamers will have to hit the cell bars in order to get inside.
Sparkle Gem 2
After grabbing the first Sparkle Gem, players will have to help the imprisoned Theets by defeating masked enemies as well as the hostile bat-like creatures.
Sparkle Gem 3
In order to get the third Sparkle Gem, gamers must collect all eight Sparkle Gem fragments in the segment of the play with the falling platforms. This can be tricky since bats will continuously fly into Peach as she moves forward. If players walk into them, they will be knocked back, so they must either avoid them by jumping or take them out with their sword.
Sparkle Gem 4
Next, players will have to deal with possessed objects, which will fall from the floor to try and hit Peach.
It’s very easy to miss the Ribboner Theet in The Ghostly Castle play. They can help them in the first falling objects segment of the play by breaking the haunted picture frame, the fourth object in the line. The Ribboner NPC will give players the
Swordfighter Ribbon
.
After this segment, players will find themselves on safe ground. They can pose as soon as they get to safety, and a secret passage to the underground will appear. They’ll have to defeat a few enemies, and then they will be rewarded with the fourth Sparkle Gem.
Sparkle Gem 5
The next room will contain another set of falling objects. There are five falling objects, two of which are treasure chests. Players must break the haunted treasure chest on the left to find the Sparkle Gem.
Sparkle Gem 6
Before heading towards the gate to meet the boss of The Ghostly Castle, players must make sure that they break the large vase in the corner of the room – the Sparkle Gem is hidden inside.
Sparkle Gem 7
To get the final Sparkle Gem in The Ghostly Case, gamers will have to clear the play’s boss. It will be given to them afterward as a reward for their bravery.
This ghoul is quite tricky to hit, and players won’t be able to do it unless they dodge its charge attack with the A button (jump). As it recovers, it’ll be vulnerable, and Peach will be able to attack it.
As the fight progresses, he will remove tiles from the stage, but as long as players stay close to the end of the stage, they won’t fall. Then, it will attempt to drop possessed objects on the player, but they can use the upwards strike attack (left analog up + jump) to destroy them before they fall on Peach’s head. Eventually, it will also summon bats, and players can either fight them or avoid them.
They must continue to dodge and attack, and after three hits, they will have successfully defeated it. Gamers who are having trouble taking care of this boss should grab the Heart Charm before starting the level, as it will grant them three additional hearts.
