The piece turns the two pocket monsters into soda, with Polteageist becoming Polterpop and Sinistea turning into Sinisoda. According to chuunicoded, the new versions of the two Pokemon were a silly idea their husband came up with that they knew they just had to draw. The new forms that they came up with are humorous and could easily make for new variants in a future game.
