FEMA officials are on the ground in Florida trying to reassure residents affected by hurricanes Milton and Helen that help is available. FEMA said it is well supplied with emergency resources to distribute to affected communities, including more than 20 million meals and 40 million gallons of water. NBC's Peter Alexander reports TODAY.
