5. Teacup
Don't be fooled by the innocuous title. Teacup It is a twisted horror series that will create nightmares. Yellow stone Producer/writer Ian McCulloch adapted Robert McCammon's 1988 novel. Stinger Across eight 30-minute episodes, the horror unfolds in a claustrophobic tale. Yvonne Strahovski and Scott Speedman star as Maggie and James Chenoweth, a married couple living on a rural farm with two children and a pot-smoking grandmother (Kathy Baker). Tensions rise in the house before a stranger in a gas mask arrives, warning that leaving the farm will have dire consequences.
'Teacup' is an isolated horror
McCulloch delivers a slow-burn approach, sprinkling in creepy elements like a grunting intruder, animals doing disturbing self-harm, and a little boy who hears voices. But at the end of the second episode now streaming, Teacup Cooking takes on the eye-popping effects of crossing the line established by the aforementioned and mysterious stranger. With two new episodes airing every Thursday, the series – executive produced by James Wan – will provide chills throughout the spooky season.

4. Caddo Lake
M. Produced by Night Shyamalan. Caddo Lake Strange twists and a mind-bending thriller End of the bonkers. Co-writers/directors Logan George and Celine Held carve an original vision of grief and heroism by following two strangers whose lives are forever changed by their separate searches for a missing 8-year-old girl.
On the surface, teenage girl Ellie (Eliza Scanlen) and haunted twenty-something Paris (Dylan O'Brien) have a lot in common: both live on the edge of a thick swamp, and both lost their parents to unexplained disappearances at an early age. Could it be something in the swamp? When Ellie's stepsister goes missing, her attempts to uncover secrets from her past and a shocking new reality. 3. Mr. Crockett
Mr. What if Rogers is magical and evil? It's basically pitch Mr. CrockettA Hulu Original is a children's show host who takes her devotion to her fans far and wide. By Carl Reed and Brandon SB, Mr. Crockett House introduces an enchanted VHS tape to the viewing audience Mr. Crockett's World. Featuring fluffy puppets, fancy songs and a funny hostess with a big smile and a bodice, the children's show is the perfect escape for kids who are enduring problems at home. But Mr. If Crockett thought he'd be a better caregiver to a child than a parent, he'd break out of that VCR for some home invasion horror. Recently a widowed mother (Jerrica Hinton) finds her son (Ayden Gavin) mr. Realizing she is in danger of being taken away by Crockett, she will do whatever it takes to save him.
Vivid colors, scary surprises, and a storyline that feels relevant Are you afraid of the dark?, Mr. Crockett Seems to be designed for Gen X or Millennials Mister Rogers neighborhood and the horror of stranger-danger hysteria. The tone is broad, with creepy practical effects and Freddy Krueger-style visuals. All in all, a solid pastiche of throwback influences with some new kills and thrills.

2. The last women of the sea
Produced by Malala Yousafzai, The last women of the sea An intriguing documentary about an unusual but dying tradition. On the coast of South Korea's Jeju Island, elderly women gather in diving suits and dive into the depths, harvesting and selling seafood. They are called hanio divers and are often compared to angels for their ease in water and rejection of oxygen tanks. Director Soo Kim gets close to this tight-knit club as they candidly share their stories, concerns and personalities. Although Kim found young Haneio divers who made their mark online by sharing videos of their dives, their routes were often lost. However, the biggest battle they have to fight is against rampant pollution that threatens their health and the lives of the sea creatures they hunt but admire.
Beautifully captured, The last women of the sea Haneo Divers easily provides the viewer with the majesty of the ocean in which they swim. Kim invites us into this wonderful world of passion, hard work and sisterhood. While the film has a clear and powerful message of conservation and the power of activism, it is also a heart-warming portrait of community and bold, charismatic women whose sea life is as captivating as their calling. 1. Refusal
Five-time Academy Award-winning filmmaker Alfonso Cuaron teams with two-time Academy Award-winning actress Cate Blanchett for this seven-part thriller that's sure to get your blood pumping. Written and directed by Crone. Refusal Blanchett stars as Catherine Ravenscroft, however, and her life is turned upside down when an unsolicited novel shows up on her doorstep, its pages littering her own room with skeletons.
In his review for Mashable, entertainment reporter Belen Edwards writes, “The overall effect Refusal One that intrigues and questions the layers of the story you see before you. With its commitment to systematic changes and brutal knockout of finals, Refusal A puzzle that gets under your skin and refuses to leave.”
