While it's unclear which minorities Trump wants to target, the new U.S. administration is expected to carry out mass deportations.

Incredibly, the German Socialists have fielded the unpopular Olaf Scholz to run for Chancellery again (retweeted)

Scholz's defense had shown he could run but ignored the fact that he later failed to deliver on his promise. Even if he did, he didn't communicate it. He is a shadow chancellor operating behind the scenes. What works well at many professional levels does not work as chancellor

Scholz remains true to himself, not sending any Taurus missiles to Ukraine for fear of Putin's red line

Immigration issues to shape German election campaign

If you wanted to explain the current course of this political boat of fools, you could say that most countries that consider themselves educated would rather give up their hearts and brains than let climate catastrophe force them to make even the slightest change. Usually more comes from too much

But there is also good news this week, such as the massive exodus of X

PS: Long after millions of Nazi victims, Holocaust denier Ursula Haverbeck dies

I am an existentialist, not a Christian. That's why I don't believe in life after death, nor in heaven or hell. But I do know this: Ms. Haverbeck is a Christian. Good thing: She's dedicated her life to denying hell on earth and is currently searching to see if it exists.

Haverbeck, 96, has been active in the neo-Nazi scene for decades and has repeatedly publicly denied the Holocaust. For this and for inciting hatred, she was repeatedly sentenced to fines and imprisonment – most recently on June 26 at the Hamburg Regional Court. She was supposed to serve another year in prison, but the sentence has not yet been finalized.
