What Is A Perfect Dodge?
Performing a dodge at the perfect time will negate all damage to your player. Your following attack after a perfect dodge will be a special attack which depends on your weapon type! The game has quite a generous time frame for the perfect dodges, so you should be rolling around in no time. If you are still having trouble dodging monsters’ attacks, then try dodging earlier.
When Do You Dodge?
A monster will glow red when they are ready to unleash a devastating attack on you, this is when you should be dodging! To dodge, you can swipe your screen to the left, right, or backward depending on the attack type.
Some weapons deal more damage from behind, so rolling to the back of the monster may be in your favour for critical hits!
