SDS has revealed the soundtrack for MLB The Show 24 featuring over 50 songs spanning a wide range of musical genres. The Tribe Called Quest, Naughty By Nature, Black Pumas and Brittany Howard are just some of the artists on the track. Fans can listen to the tracks on Spotify now.
Each song this year was carefully selected to add to the player’s experience, blending high-energy tracks with more mellow tunes to suit every playstyle. Artists like IDLES, with their raw punk energy, and Eladio Carrion, with his unique Latin rhythms, add to the game’s atmosphere. R&B legend Babyface’s smooth tracks contrast with Cary Clark Jr’s bluesy depth, while ZEV brings the sound from the garage.
The team also compiled a unique playlist of songs showcased in Storylines: The Negro Leagues Season 2.
The MLB The Show 24 Standard Edition will release on March 19 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. It will also be included with Game Pass on Day One. The MLB The Show 24 Negro Leagues Edition costs $124.99 with early access starting on March 15. The MVP and Digital Deluxe Editions will also get 4 days of early access. Also of note, the MLB The Show 24 Negro Leagues Edition won’t include the disc on PlayStation 5, but will on Xbox Series X|S.
