Mick Jagger has shared a snap of himself ironing his new range of merchandise – including a pricey £250 bomber jacket

Mick Jagger shared a playful snap of himself ironing his new range of cargo – all available on his website.

The legendary Rolling Stones rocker, 81, was seen running the iron over some white clothes, joking that he had a 'busy day in the laundry room'.

In the post, she wore one of the key pieces available for purchase – a green and white T-shirt with 'Palace Laundry' across the chest – a replica of one she wore in the '70s.

The t-shirt featured on Snap is one of the cheapest items on his website, as he charges £125 for the garment.

Sharing the photo with her 3.4 million Instagram followers, she wrote: 'Busy day in the laundry room… discover palace laundry at mickjagger.com'

It's made from modal cotton with 'Palace Laundry' lettering and is a collaboration with the New York-based brand St Louis, founded by vintage T-shirt dealer Patrick Matamoros.

There's a £250 red satin bomber jacket on the site – the bomber seemed more reasonable compared to the £1,000 bundle deal on the homepage.

The package deal includes a limited-edition fine art photo print and a replica Palace Laundry t-shirt, housed in a box.

Compared to the £1,000 bundle deal on the homepage the Bomber seemed very reasonable.

The box set also includes an exact replica of the Palace Laundry t-shirt.

Each t-shirt has a unique 'Edition of 50' label sewn into the garment.

Other items on the site include a £15 keychain, a £35 'M' six-panel hat and a £299.99 harmonica box set.

And Mick isn't the only one keen to promote his latest business venture as his girlfriend, Melanie Hamrick, has revealed what she really thinks about his wildest romance novels.

The author, 37, has penned her second ballet-based romance novel and admitted that sex scenes are the 'easiest' part of her stories to write.

Melanie published her first book First Position last year – described as a 'ballet punkbuster' – while her second is called The Unraveling.

Speaking to The Times and listing the vocabulary he uses for the sexy scenes, he said: 'Thrust, throb, throb. Go to glossary. That's what Mick said – he said, 'There's a lot of throbbing in book two.

Mick, a former dancer and choreographer, said he was the first to encourage her to start writing books.

Melanie explained: 'I want to write a book. I want to write a book.' And then, finally, 'God, write the book!' '

She was a former ballerina with the American Ballet Theatre, retiring in 2019 after fifteen years there.

Mick isn't the only one eager to promote his latest business venture, as his girlfriend Melanie Hamrick has revealed what he really thinks about her worst romance novels.

The author, 37, has penned her second ballet-based romance novel and admitted that sex scenes are the 'easiest' part of her stories to write.

Of writing the sex scenes, she added: 'It's like choreographing a dance. It's a movement, and I write movements.

In the interview, she opened up about their huge age gap and said that she simply 'doesn't think about it' and that everyone gets their own opinion and that's fine as long as it doesn't offend anyone.

In 2016, Melanie gave birth to son Devereaux 'Devi' Jagger. This is her first child and Mick's eight.
