“Today, some groups are trying to impose their ideology on everyone, deepening the divisions in our society. An example is the ongoing debate over the inclusion of transgender people in sports, especially when athletes born male who identify as women compete against women,” he wrote. “Some say the number of trans athletes is low, but even one can throw you off balance in a women's league or tournament because of this physical advantage.”

Her husband, former President Trump, has been a vocal opponent of transgender inclusion in women's sports for years and has even included it on his political agenda in the upcoming election.
Trump reaffirmed his stance in late August at the annual meeting of Moms for Liberty, a national nonprofit organization that has made efforts to keep LGBT identity and critical race theory out of the classroom. During the event, the former president campaigned on banning transgender women from participating in women's sports and stated that access to gender-affirming health care should be limited.
