Princess Eugenie I Jack Brooks' wedding was a royal event where royals and celebrities celebrated together.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were delighted with the couple and even postponed their Royal Tour trip to Australia to attend the ceremony, Harry wrote in Spare.
The Duke and Duchess also used their 2018 wedding celebrations as an opportunity to share the good news.
They were pregnant with their first child, Archie, and while some were thrilled, the timing of the announcement to family members left others a little dissatisfied.

“The various wedding gatherings would allow us to pull family members aside and tell them our good news,” Harry wrote.
They told Prince Charles shortly before Eugenie and Jack's drinks reception in Windsor while he was in his office.
Charles was “delighted with the news that he would become a grandfather for the fourth time,” Harry wrote.
The Duke and Duchess also later informed Prince William after a drinks reception, followed by Duchess Kate, who congratulated them.
PocztaOnline then reported how the Queen and Prince Philip were personally told during the wedding celebrations.
However, the news, which came at the same time as the bride and groom's celebrations, was not welcomed by all members of the royal family.
“Many people have wondered why Meghan chose to reveal her news on the bride's big day,” wrote Tom Bower in his book “Revenge: Meghan, Harry And The War Between The Windsors.”

Eugenie and her mother Sarah Ferguson were particularly unhappy with the timing and were said to be “furious”.
Meghan stepped into it when she decided it was the perfect time to announce that she and Harry were expecting their first child.
“It was a huge social gaffe, even if you weren't a member of the royal family stealing the spotlight from Eugenie, who was furious, as was her mother, Sarah,” wrote Dylan Howard and Andy Tillett in Royals at War: The Untold Story of Harry And A Shocking Breakup Meghan with the House of Windsor.
Eugenie and Jack's wedding was attended by hundreds of guests, including Naomi Campbell, Liv Tyler, Demi Moore, Robbie Williams, Ellie Goulding, James Blunt and Kate Moss.
The groom gave a touching speech to his new wife and told how he was devoted to Eugenia, who “illuminates his life and makes him feel fulfilled.”
Harry and Meghan's official baby announcement was released by Kensington Palace a few days later, on October 15, 2018.
It said: “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are delighted to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the spring of 2019.
“Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”

However, speculation about a possible pregnancy began even before the official announcement, which Kensington Palace made three days after Eugenie's wedding. MailOnline reported that Meghan was wearing a wide coat from Giverchy and her husband also repeatedly rubbed her lower back.
Before the secret broke, Harry and Meghan had just landed in Australia to begin their first overseas trip together since their wedding earlier this year.
