Mauricio Umansky has filed a petition for conservatorship over his father along with Sharon Umansky Benton.
The 54-year-old reality star – who was on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during her stint. Married to Kyle Richards – has applied for guardianship over her 81-year-old father, Eduardo.
She filed the papers on August 14, saying that Eduardo was unable to take care of himself, claiming that his girlfriend was using him.
'For the past few months B.C [proposed conservatee] The girlfriend controls, controls, and regulates who the PC can visit with.
“After twenty years together and undecided on whether to get married, he has started isolating her and is trying to get married,” the filing added.

The filing mentions an incident where Mauricio and his sister took their father out to lunch without his girlfriend's knowledge.
The girlfriend then became angry and allegedly 'verbally and emotionally' abused their father.
'The petitioner is informed and believes and alleges that PC was unable to resist undue influence and fraud and was used to his advantage by his girlfriend,' the complaint continues.
'During the last eighteen months B.C [Eduardo] and petitioner [Mauricio] have discovered that [the girlfriend] 'Extorted and appropriated more than $260,000 from PC through undue influence, physical or emotional, and/or fraudulently,' the complaint states.
During this time, he wrote $260,000 worth of checks to his girlfriend.
The filing includes another $100,000 in as-yet-unexplained costs, Maurizio said, adding that he was 'unable to stop this abuse and behavior and is asking for help to reign in these costs.'
The filing states that Eduardo does not have a developmental disability, but that he is 'unable to adequately provide for his personal needs for physical health, food, clothing or shelter.'
They also say he was 'significantly unable to manage his financial resources or resist fraud or undue influence'.

The complaint continues, 'Petitioner believes and believes that PC cannot resist undue influence and fraud and has been used to his advantage by his girlfriend.'
A court date for the family will be scheduled for late October and Eduardo will be able to appear in person, the filing indicated.
The news comes months after Umansky was spotted kissing 33-year-old actress Nikita Khan in Greece.
Umansky previously sparked dating rumors with his pro-DWTS partner Emma Slater, 35 – but the sighting suggests he's romantically linked to a new woman for the first time.
Kyle and Mauricio split in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage, but continued to live together until May, when they confirmed he had moved out.
The couple have three daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16, along with daughter Farah, 35, with Kyle, whose father is her first husband Quraish Aldjufri.
