Xbox has unveiled the Xbox Game Pass December 2023 lineup – yes, all of it at once – and it looks pretty impressive.
While previous months might have been slim pickings for Xbox fans, there’s no chance of December being accused of being too thin on content, I reckon.
Things kick off with Remnant: From the Ashes, which is available across PC, console, and cloud, and its sequel Remnant 2, which can be played on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and cloud.
Both of those games are available starting from today, so you can get stuck into some good old-fashioned co-op shooting.
Tomorrow, the beautiful animal walking sim Spirit of the North lands on PC, console, and cloud, and it’s well worth a look if you like foxes (and who doesn’t?).
Also arriving on December 1st is SteamWorld Build, the latest in the eclectic SteamWorld series. It’s coming to PC, console, and cloud.
December 5th sees the arrival of four games, including action-adventure title Rise of the Tomb Raider, blacksmithing sim While the Iron’s Hot, and co-op zombie shooter World War Z: Aftermath, all of which are available on PC, console, and cloud.
They’re joined by Clone Drone in the Danger Zone, a wonderfully-named arena “slice ‘em up” coming to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and cloud.
December 7th sees the arrival of wacky madcap sandbox game Goat Simulator 3 on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and cloud, and December 8th brings fantasy city-builder Against the Storm to PC.
On December 12th, whimsical toy puzzler Tin Hearts arrives on PC, console, and cloud, and on December 14th, those platforms also get Ubisoft’s open-world shooter Far Cry 6.
In addition, two new games are heading to Xbox Game Pass Core on December 6th in the form of Chivalry 2 and Totally Reliable Delivery Service.
As ever, some games must also leave the service in December, so here’s what’s leaving on December 15th.
- Chained Echoes
- Opus Magnum
- Potion Craft: Alchemist Simulator
- Rubber Bandits
